Book vote procedure: A reminder to members that if you submit books for the vote - you should plan to be there for your month. If you change your mind - please give at least a month's notice in respect to the group. Also, remember that you are not obligated to submit books and have the right to pass. Your responsibilities for that month include: icebreaker - book discussion questions -- and anything else you would like to do such as an activity or contest or craft, etc. When it comes time for you to submit books for a book vote -- you will have to have been at club at least 3 times in the last 6 months or you will lose a turn. If special circumstances happen, we will put a vote to the group if we should allow any exceptions to this rule due to hospitalizations, etc.
