SWCR Book Club met on August 29, 2019 at 7pm at Pounders Bar & Grill, Cologne
Attendees: Buffy, Teri, Laurie, Pam and Sandy

Buffy was the hostess.
Book: The I-5 Killer by Ann Rule

Pam and Buffy were the only attendees who read the book, but we got so wrapped up in talking about the topic of murders, missing people, being alone at home, and other scary things we never talked about what books we read. Opps.

Buffy did hand out the Crime Junkie Life Rules (attached) and passed around a copy of the If I Go Missing File (attached), which I highly recommend.

After the discussion tonight, it seems we all recommend the following:
Lock your doors and windows at night.
Check the backseat of your car before getting into it.
Your car key may be used as a weapon.
If out at night, be in groups rather than solo.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Keep a weapon of some sort by your bed (preferably a baseball bat, golf club or the such)
TRUST NO ONE!
